Air pollution control equipment has been the focus of OAQDA since its creation in 1970. For over 30 years, the agency has worked with business to make the purchase and installation of this type of equipment more affordable. Due to its effectiveness, pollution control equipment has remained a viable solution to improving air quality and has formed the foundation of hundreds of projects approved by the OAQDA and its small business arm, the CARC. Any process, structure, device, or equipment that removes, reduces, prevents, or disposes of air contaminants is eligible for tax incentives through OAQDA.
